Sprinkler Systems

Wet, dry, pre-action & ESFR

Sprinkler Systems

Wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and ESFR sprinkler systems — designed to NFPA 13 / TAC and matched to the actual hazard class, not the catalog default.

Sprinkler Systems

The most reliable life-safety system ever invented — when it's sized right

Sprinklers operate on a pressure-density target matched to your hazard class. Get the K-factor, design area and supply pressure right, and they'll suppress the fire before the brigade arrives. Get them wrong and the calc tells you so.

We design from first principles — Tyco sprinkler heads, valves and accessories, with FYRLAAST AGFLEX flexible drops on false-ceiling layouts. Hydraulic calc, stamped drawings and hydro-test on every project.

Wet & dry pipe

Standard wet-pipe for heated spaces, dry-pipe for cold-storage and unheated stairs.

Pre-action systems

Single- and double-interlock for data centres, archives and high-value spaces.

Deluge & ESFR

Open-head deluge for high-hazard, ESFR (K-25/K-28) for high-piled storage.

FYRLAAST flexible drops

UL/FM-listed flexible hose for fast install on false-ceiling grids.

Where it lives

Typical applications for sprinkler systems — though every project gets a hazard-based design, not a copy-paste spec.

  • Warehouses (incl. ESFR for high-piled storage)
  • Data centres (pre-action / double-interlock)
  • Commercial kitchens and food production
  • Cold storage and freezer rooms
  • Hotels, hospitals and assembly buildings
  • Manufacturing and process industries
